Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days, but the lawyers make us say the official policy is that orders will be shipped within 5 business days.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). 

We currently ship to the US and Canada only. Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on standard business days.

Return Policy

Returns are allowed within 7 days of receipt, and require RMA (return merchandise authorization) and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us through our contact management system (so no emails get lost).  

TopPico.com proudly uses PayPal for payments and accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and most standard bank cards for payment.
